Public notifications; publication of the notification (§ 10 Abs. 2 VwZG)
If the University of Göttingen Foundation1 is unable to serve a document because the recipient's whereabouts are unknown, public service will be made by posting a notice at the notice board2 and also on this website. The document is deemed to have been served if two weeks have passed since the day on which the notification was published (§ 10 Abs. 2 Satz 6 VwZG). It should be noted that public notification sets in motion the time limits specified in the document, after the expiry of which there is a risk of loss of rights.
