Where can I find sample study plans?
A first-semester study plan can be found here: https://www.uni-goettingen.de/de/619509.html.
Further examples for the different specialisations can be found at the end of the examination and study regulations (https://www.uni-goettingen.de/de/80864.html).
What is the research-oriented internship?
This module consists of project work carried out in a research group from core computer science or from the application area, depending on the module. Ideally, this work prepares for the bachelor's thesis and is therefore recommended shortly beforehand.
To register, students contact the research group they are interested in and ask about possible topics. They may also present their own ideas there and ask for a suitable supervisor. The supervisor then defines a task that matches the student's field of interest. Regular meetings ensure progress. After completing the work, which usually spans several months, the student writes a report of up to 10 pages or contributes to a research paper.

Changes to Regulations
Changes to Regulations
As a rule, the most current versions of the official regulations always apply to all students, specifically the examination and study regulations (PStO) and the associated module catalogue (ModulVZ), regardless of when a student enrolled. The regulations and module catalogue can be found under Subjects A-Z, in the tab Programme Structure for the respective degree programme. So-called protection of legitimate expectations ensures that changes to the mandatory curriculum do not create additional burdens for current students. This is secured through appropriate transitional regulations. These can be found in the PStO, or you can ask the Student Advisory Service at studienberatung@informatik.uni-goettingen.de.
Late Exam Registration
Late Exam Registration
Students can only take examinations if they have registered in FlexNow within the deadline. In particular, late exam registration by the Examinations Office is not possible.
