Establishing a network of expertise and to make it available to our postdoctoral community is one of our key goals. To achieve this, we are regularly hosting Career Impulse Sessions, which aim to bring you together to receive career-relevant input, exchange experiences, and network with each other. Featuring various themes including funding opportunities and non-academic job insights, our guest speakers share their knowledge and experience with you. Upcoming Career Impulse Sessions (information will be updated regulary)

Career Impulse Sessions
We usually invite alumni to share their individual story about their career path and describe tasks and challenges of their current job. Take this opportunity to network and receive first-hand information from people with a very similar background who understand your concerns and have faced similar challenges.
If you would like to suggest a speaker or a topic we could discuss at one of these events, please contact the GAUSS Career Service. The Career Impulse Sessions are free of charge, but please let us know if you intend to participate for organizational reasons.
